Simple Self-Massage Techniques
Self-massage is a great way to help your body feel calm and relaxed! Here are some easy moves you can try. First, rub your hands together to make them warm, then gently press your fingers into your palms in little circles. For your neck and shoulders, use your fingertips to gently squeeze and rub the muscles—it feels like giving yourself a tiny hug! You can also roll a small ball under your feet or between your back and a wall. These little massages help your body feel better and can make you feel more peaceful when you’re feeling stressed. Give it a try!
